This was called in by one of our HOA contacts in Incline Village NV. It's a beautiful resort town about 30 minutes with Lake Tahoe nearby. This is such a beautiful part of the country. We hate to see when this happens to such beautiful and elegant home's. Most homes are 2nd homes and have their owners only visiting during ski season or the summer months. Please do not forget that when you are leaving your home for an extended period of time please make sure the temperature is set to at least 62 degrees. This will help heat the home to help prevent most frozen pipes.
